Wire and Cable, Hookup, Electrical, Insulated, General Specification for (w/Amendment 1) FSC: 6145

This specification covers single-conductor, synthetic-resin insulated, electrical hookup wire and cable for use, at temperatures from -55°C to +90°C (see 6.5.3), in the internal wiring of electrical and electronic equipment. For the purpose of this specification, single-conductor hookup wire and cable are hereinafter referred to as wire.
