This specification describes the requirements for the procurement of one type of electric cable suitable for high temperature, ultra high frequency use. The cable consists of a twisted pair covered by shielding braid, with an insulating jacket over the braid. The voltage rating of the cable is 600 volts root mean square (r.m.s.), and the temperature range is minus 55 to 200 degrees centigrade (C.).
